The Certified Ford Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and Ford manufacturer standards, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and Ford standards

• Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions across a wide range of systems (engine, electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Complete all repairs according to applicable safety requirements
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality and completeness of repairs
• Document work performed, test procedures/results, and time according to company procedures
• Maintain an inventory of required hand and power tools

Qualifications

• Ford Certification required (or actively working toward certification)

• Prior automotive repair experience required
• ASE certifications a plus
• Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
