Lead, UX Designer

At Pearson, the UX Lead for Pearson Learning Studio (PLS) is a group-level design leader responsible for shaping and delivering the next generation of AI-native and proficiency-based learning experiences across a complex product ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of UX, product strategy, learning science, AI innovation, and operational leadership — helping define how students and educators experience adaptive, conversational, and multimodal learning journeys. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and systems-oriented design leader with experience bringing 0→1 and emerging technology products to life.
