  • Finding the perfect match — supporting participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment

  • Boosting confidence — helping participants recognise their strengths and overcome barriers

  • Shaking things up — providing creative solutions to employment challenges

  • Advocating — championing inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments

  • Celebrating success — recognising every milestone, big or small

  • Building lasting connections — forming partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion

To Be Considered, You Will Have

  • Eligibility to work in Australia

  • A current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

  • A MyGovID (Standard level)

  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check

  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check

  • Availability to work full‑time Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
