Job description

We are seeking an Advanced Plumbing Designer & BIM Modeler to join our team and support high-level plumbing design and modeling projects for the U.S. market, with a strong focus on New York standards, codes, and construction practices.

This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with experience developing detailed plumbing systems in Revit and Revit Fabrication, capable of producing coordinated, construction-ready models and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed plumbing BIM models for commercial, residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects.
  • Produce plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, and coordinated construction documentation.
  • Work on MEP coordination processes alongside multidisciplinary teams.
  • Create high-detail fabrication-ready plumbing models.
  • Ensure all work complies with New York area standards, codes, and industry practices.
  • Support quantity takeoffs, clash detection, and prefabrication workflows when required.
  • Collaborate directly with U.S.-based teams and participate in coordination meetings in English.
  • Advanced experience in Plumbing Design and BIM Modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of New York plumbing codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit for Plumbing.
  • Proficiency in Revit Fabrication.
  • Experience working on U.S.-based projects.
  • Ability to develop detailed and highly coordinated plumbing models.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to prepare and present a portfolio with relevant work samples.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Important: Strong construction-side mindset with practical understanding of constructability, field installation workflows, prefabrication processes, and fabrication-ready coordination — not only design-oriented BIM modeling experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.
  • Previous experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or data center projects.
  • Familiarity with fabrication standards and prefabrication processes.
  • Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly with remote teams.
  • Work From Home or anywhere.
  • Highly Competitive Compensation.
  • Work for the most exciting companies in the US.
  • Flexible Schedule.
  • Healthy Work-Life Balance
