Restoration & Mitigation Technician - Water/Mold/Rebuild

Ironclad & Co. is seeking experienced Restoration & Mitigation Technicians specializing in water, mold, and rebuild restoration services. This role involves assessing, mitigating, and restoring properties damaged by water, mold, and other environmental factors to ensure safe and effective remediation.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and rebuild tasks according to industry standards
• Use specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
• Inspect and document damage, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings with clients and management
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and contractors to facilitate restoration process
• Maintain safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
• Ensure timely completion of restoration and mitigation projects

Requirements

• Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and rebuilding
