ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage job intakes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, and negotiating and closing offers.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to forecast talent needs and define hiring criteria.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications for a variety of skill and experience levels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and recruitment regulations.
  • Work with the TA Coordinator to schedule interviews and assessments with speed and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed and targeted outreach campaigns. Maintain and grow a diverse talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Represent our culture at career events, social media, and through candidate touchpoints. Position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (UKG, Workday) and support improvements in recruiting workflows.
  • Work with the TA Coordinator to schedule interviews and assessments with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Contribute to employer branding, diversity hiring events, campus recruiting, or process documentation.
  • Track applicants in the ATS (UKG, Workday) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support interview feedback collection and logistical follow-ups.
  • Track pipeline metrics and support the TA team with recruiting dashboards.
  • Help streamline TA processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Collaborative, positive attitude and a genuine interest in recruiting and talent development.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, LI Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, UKG.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds using AI and Boolean search techniques.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate resolutions
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive to produce results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company a plus.
