What We're Looking For:
The Channel Marketing Specialist is a dynamic, high-visibility role perfect for an ambitious professional wanting to build a strong foundation in channel and partner marketing.Working closely with the regional Programs, Communications, and Promotions teams, you will play a key role in managing regional Channel Co-Op and Market Development Funds (MDF)—crucial investments used to accelerate our partners' go-to-market execution and overall effectiveness. By blending marketing savvy, financial acumen, and strong organizational skills, you will support overarching channel objectives while gaining invaluable experience across digital events, partner enablement, and strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Event & Webinar Execution
- Program Management: Drive the EMEA webinar strategy by managing the regional event calendar and coordinating end-to-end execution to ensure a seamless experience for audiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams, leadership, and external speakers to curate engaging content, facilitate speaker readiness, and ensure strict brand alignment.
- Performance & Promotion: Collaborate with Global Communications to optimize promotional campaigns, drive attendance, and analyze post-event metrics to measure success and audience engagement.
Channel Co-Marketing Funds & Partner Support
- Financial Operations: Play a critical role in the financial engine of our channel marketing efforts by assisting with the administration and management of quarterly MDF and Co-Op budgets.
- Partner Enablement: Act as a primary consultant and trusted advisor for EMEA channel partners using our co-marketing funds platform. You will guide partners through the entire lifecycle—from tool access and project planning to claim submissions and final reimbursements.
Strategic Communications & Content Curation
- Regional Newsletters: Spearhead the curation, preparation, and distribution of vital EMEA marketing and event newsletters, ensuring our channel ecosystem is up to date on the latest programs, promotions, and rewards.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with Global Communications and editorial teams to streamline content submissions, maintain high-quality messaging, and ensure strategic alignment across all outgoing partner communications.
Partner Experience & Relationship Management
- Frontline Advocacy: Serve as the frontline ambassador for the Channel Marketing team, managing incoming communications and partner inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Actively collaborate with various members of the broader Channel Marketing team to triage questions, overcome roadblocks, and deliver rapid, effective solutions that enhance the overall partner experience.
What We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience
Educational Background: University degree (or currently finishing studies) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
First Steps in Marketing: Some prior exposure to marketing, business, or project coordination (e.g., through university projects, internships, student organizations, or early-career roles) is a strong advantage.
Language & Communication Skills
Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential (C1 level minimum). This role serves as a primary point of contact for diverse partners and internal teams across the entire EMEA region daily.
Strong Communication: A confident and professional communicator who can easily explain processes to partners and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
Organization & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills. You will be juggling webinar calendars, partner claims, and newsletter content, so staying on top of details is key.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: A quick learner who is comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms (e.g., webinar tools, budgeting portals, content management platforms).
Comfort with Budgets: Basic comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel). You don't need to be an accountant, but you should be comfortable assisting with budget tracking and partner claims.
Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity about how global businesses operate. You are motivated by a steep learning curve and are not afraid to ask questions.

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.Job Posting Statement:
