The French market is currently one of our biggest and most exciting international growth drivers. To take our brand to the next level in France, we are looking for a high-performing (Junior) Influencer Marketing Manager who hits the ground running. You bring solid experience in the French influencer landscape and already possess an established network of relevant creators and agencies. If you know how to turn data into creative campaigns and want to shape our growth story in France, this is your cue!
Your tasks
•
Portfolio Management & Scaling: You independently manage and scale your own mix of 80+ monthly collaborations in the French market. You skillfully juggle nano-, micro-, and mega-influencers to find the perfect balance for our brand.

Network & Relationship Building: You are the face of our brand towards French creators. Leveraging your existing relationships, you will further build and nurture a strong network of partners who don't just promote our products, but truly love them.

Creative Testing: You love experimenting. You constantly test new angles (e.g., different products, video hooks, or story formats) to find out what truly excites and converts new French customers.

Performance Analysis & Optimization: You leave nothing to chance. You analyze relevant KPIs across the entire funnel (from CTR and CPM to Conversion Rate and NC ROAS). You always know exactly why a collaboration performed (or didn't), derive data-driven actions, and continuously optimize campaign performance.

Conception, Bundles & Sales Psychology: You translate data into creativity. You write razor-sharp, highly creative briefings for your creators and design irresistible product bundles. Additionally, you actively contribute to landing page optimization, using psychological triggers to maximize campaign conversion rates.

Interface to Performance Marketing: You act as the extended arm of our Paid Media team. You continuously evaluate which creator content has the potential to perform as Paid Ads on channels like Meta or TikTok, providing the team with fresh creative fuel to elevate our paid campaigns.
•
Budget & ROI Responsibility: You independently manage a five-figure monthly collaboration budget for France. You negotiate contracts and CPO models with agencies and creators, always keeping cost-efficiency in mind to ensure we get the absolute maximum ROI out of every Euro.
