Job description

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Harvester (Researcher) to support outbound sales initiatives through lead research, prospect identification, data enrichment, and list building. This role is responsible for sourcing and qualifying target companies, enriching prospect data, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering verified lead lists that support outbound sales campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working with research, CRM, and sales intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo.io and other sales intelligence platforms.

Identify companies and decision-makers that match defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.

Research target accounts based on industry, company size, revenue, technology stack, and other qualification requirements.

Deliver high-quality prospect lists that support outbound sales initiatives.

Data Enrichment & Validation

Utilize Clay and other enrichment tools to verify and enhance contact records.

Validate key contact information, including email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, company information, and firmographic data.

Add relevant personalization fields and research insights to support outbound outreach efforts.

Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.

Quality Control & Data Management

Review prospect data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with qualification requirements.

Identify unverified contacts, duplicate records, and data inconsistencies.

Monitor email verification status and maintain acceptable data quality standards.

Ensure prospect lists meet established ICP qualification benchmarks.

CRM & List Management

Import and maintain prospect records within HubSpot CRM.

Apply proper tags, segmentation, ownership assignments, and campaign classifications.

Coordinate with SDRs and sales leadership to ensure smooth lead handoff processes.

Maintain organized records and documentation of prospecting activities.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Prepare weekly reports on prospecting output, verification rates, list quality, and research findings.

Escalate data issues, research blockers, and process challenges when necessary.

Identify opportunities to improve research workflows, data quality, and prospecting efficiency.

Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
