Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will manage customer cases across administrative, financial, and basic technical topics, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and documentation-related customer cases
  • Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, financing, and general service requests
  • Support customers with financial questions (invoices, payments, financing)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Technical Service, Customer Engagement)
  • Assist with documentation for subsidies, grants, or public incentives
  • Provide first-level remote troubleshooting for basic technical issues
  • Escalate technical cases when needed with clear documentation
  • Ensure structured follow-up of cases until full resolution
  • Maintain clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
  • Identify improvement opportunities in customer processes and experience

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and good level of English
  • Experience in customer service, support, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Interest in renewable energy is a plus
