Job description
On behalf of our client, a technology solutions agency based in Limassol, we are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team.
- Deliver product pre-sales demonstrations and help in Sales Cycle.
- Close collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure quotations meet customer requirements.
- Participate in the implementation process.
- Monitor aftersales customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
- Develop an understanding of Business Software (CRM or HR or AI or other Business Systems).
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Internet Studies, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Digital Media, AI or other related fields.
- Very good communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Previous experience in a similar Sales or Marketing position or experience with business software like SoftOne, CRM systems, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy systems, Payroll software, or other business software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho) will be rewarded with an additional salary and bonus.
