Our partner, a reputable group of companies in the Energy Sector, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of the Payroll Administrative Assistant /SCAN HRMS Specialist.
The role is vested in the HR department and reports to the Senior Payroll Administrator.
This is an ideal role for anyone who is working as a junior personnel /payroll administrator and wishes to take the next step in getting more involved into the personnel administrative processes that could lead to a payroll office position.
Mission: You will be a member of the HRBP team and collaborate with the internal payroll team and department heads. The primary focus of this role is to efficiently manage employee scheduling, time and attendance using the company’s HRMS system, which is SCAN HRMS, while also generating reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Gradually the role will feed to a more senior personnel administrator that can lead to the first level of team leadership
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for
- Utilizing the SCAN HRMS system to accurately track and manage employee time and attendance records.
- Collecting, analyzing, reviewing, and processing time shifts and attendance in regards to time management of the employees (e.g., daily time schedules, new hires, digital card, leaves, overtime, etc.).
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping.
- Generating reports and other deliverables according to company needs, to provide insight.
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, public authorities, and company employment contracts.
- Managing the data integration of the HRMS information system to other platforms according to the company’s procedures.
- Assisting in process improvements and optimization of HRMS functionalities to enhance efficiency.
Must Have
- At least 1 years of working experience in SCAN HRMS, preferably in large scale, shift organisation
- Working knowledge of SCAN HRMS is mandatory ScanHRMS | EPSILONNET
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
- Strong basis of Greek labour law regarding time attendance, shifts working, overtime /overwork

- Base Salary of up to 1550 gross monthly (up to 1200 net)
