What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop goal-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate across disciplines to maximize outcomes
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery

What We’re Looking For

• Active CA SLP license
• SNF experience is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
