Employee Relations Manager

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to help shape that future and establish a best-practice Employee Relations capability for the organisation. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will provide expert advice on complex employee and industrial relations matters, while building contemporary governance frameworks, policies, tools and practices that support our people leaders and People & Culture team.
