Global Internal and Transformation Communications Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Internal and Transformation Communications Manager serves as a strategic communications partner to executive leaders and transformation teams, helping connect employees to business priorities during periods of growth and change. This role combines executive communications, organizational change communications, and internal communications to drive understanding, engagement, and adoption across a global workforce. The successful candidate is equally comfortable shaping strategy, advising leaders, and executing high-quality communications that advance our high-performance culture. This role is on-site at our global headquarters in Westerville, Ohio and reports to the Global Head of Internal Communications.
