We’re hiring experienced Tool & Die Makers (Class A & B) for a union manufacturing facility. This role is critical to production—building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling used in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do
- Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling
- Work with tight tolerances (.0005 precision)
- Operate CNC and manual machines (milling, grinding, turning)
- Perform die assembly, fitting, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose tooling issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain equipment and follow shop procedures
Class A handles complex tooling and may train others. Class B focuses on routine work.
What You Need
- Class B: 3+ years experience
- Class A: 4+ years experience
- Strong machining and blueprint reading skills
- Experience with CNC setup/programming is a plus
- Must provide your own tools
