Field Superintendent

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly organized Field Superintendent to oversee construction projects on-site. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating teams, ensuring project schedules are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status and issues.
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications or degree in construction management or related field is a plus.

Salary is 85K -100 K
