We have two fixed term opportunities for Workflow Delivery Specialist – Network reporting to Manager, Network program Delivery
A bit about your role
The Workflow Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating network delivery programs across nbn’s active infrastructure environment, supporting network normalisation, augmentations, migrations, held orders, and general works programs. A key focus of the role is assessing, triaging, prioritising, and allocating incoming customer and program demand to the appropriate workforce or resolver groups, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to ensure timely coordination and resolution. The role also involves creating optimised work packages, monitoring delivery milestones, managing risks and escalations, ensuring SLA compliance, and working closely with internal teams, delivery partners, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, customer-focused, and commercially aligned outcomes.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will bring extensive telecommunications experience, ideally within carrier network technologies, with strong expertise in high-volume network rollouts, civil construction, cabling practices, and telecommunications operational processes. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. The role also requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, the ability to interpret complex technical information, and a proactive commitment to safety and HSE risk management.
