About the opportunity

In dieser Rolle wirst du Teil eines engagierten Produktionsteams und leistest einen direkten Beitrag zur Herstellung hochwertiger biologischer Flüssigkeiten, die weltweit in innovativen QIAGEN‑Produkten eingesetzt werden. Als Associate Operations arbeitest du nah an der Produktion, übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität und Prozesse und bringst aktiv Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ein. Dich erwartet ein strukturiertes, GMP‑reguliertes Umfeld mit moderner Technologie und klaren Abläufen.

Your tasks include

• Mitarbeit in einem kleinen Produktionsteam bei der Abfüllung und Etikettierung biologischer Flüssigkeiten wie Puffer, Mastermixe oder Enzyme in kleine Gebinde (Tubes)
• Bedienung, Überwachung und Unterstützung von Gefriertrocknungsanlagen (Lyophilisation)
• GMP‑gerechte Durchführung und lückenlose Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte gemäß Herstellungsvorschriften und SOPs
• Erstellung, Pflege und Anpassung von Herstelldokumenten unter Einhaltung geltender GMP‑Richtlinien
• Durchführung von Inventuren sowie Bestandsführung und Buchungen im SAP‑System
• Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen im Sinne von Lean‑Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
• Unterstützung bei Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung und Pflege von Laborgeräten sowie Reinräumen

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene weiterführende Schulbildung, idealerweise mit naturwissenschaftlichem oder technischem Bezug
• Erste Erfahrung in einem GMP‑regulierten Umfeld oder praktische Laborerfahrung von Vorteil
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, SAP‑Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit sowie Offenheit für neue Prozesse und Verbesserungsansätze
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtbetrieb (derzeit nicht erforderlich)
