Quantity Surveyor (UD2 QS)

• Provide support to the Singapore QS Team overseeing projects from inception to completion and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.

• Prepare cost reports, cost plans, and pre-tender cost estimates during the design and tender stage.

• Review and prepare to cost for request of variation order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account.

• Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as and when required.

• Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience in the Construction industry

• Essentially possess working experience in a cost consultancy/contracts management environment

• Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement, CEMS, SMM, or equivalent

• Proficient in QS application and software

• Able to work independently and be a good team player as well

• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients
