AGENTE DE RESERVAS

Responsabilidades:

• Será responsable de captar las ventas de las llamadas de reservas entrantes y coordinar los detalles de cada una de ellas.

• Responderá al correo electrónico de reservas.

• Supervisará las reservas realizadas y dará respuesta frente a cualquier discrepancia con las preferencias y/o solicitudes de los huéspedes.

• Ejecutará informes diarios para los diferentes departamentos que así lo soliciten.

• Manejará las quejas de los huéspedes de acuerdo con la política de Four Seasons y cumplirá con los estándares de marketing y ventas.

Requisitos:

• Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria.

• Experiencia previa en posiciones similares.

• Excelente dominio de inglés tanto oral como escrito.

• Flexibilidad de días y horarios.

• Habilidades comerciales de venta y redacción.

• Conocimiento de OPERA (deseable).

• Capacidad de manejo de múltiples tareas, organización y trabajo en equipo.

Es indispensable contar con documentación necesaria para trabajar en el país.
