Entry Level Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across residential or commercial properties.
• Support experienced technicians in performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
• Perform general upkeep such as painting, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Report maintenance issues and complete work orders promptly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge or interest in maintenance, repair, or construction is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• The position offers an entry-level salary of $18 per hour.
• This position is temp-to-perm, customer is looking for someone to go permanent.
