End User Support & IT Operations
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, telephones, printers, projectors, access control devices, and other I! peripherals.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, standard desktop images, and conduct regular asset audits.
Microsoft 365 & User Lifecycle Management
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including setup, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities by coordinating with HR on account creation, access provisioning, equipment preparation, email setup, and account deactivation.
- Manage and maintain corporate email systems, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft collaboration platforms.
SharePoint, Intranet & Collaboration Platforms
- Manage and maintain the company's SharePoint environment, corporate intranet, shared folders, and departmental collaboration sites.
- Support business users in document management, access control, workflow configuration, and collaboration platform enhancements.
- Ensure proper governance, permissions management, and data organization across collaboration platforms.
Network & Infrastructure Administration
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, VPN solutions, and server room equipment.
- Perform regular network health checks, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure network availability, stability, and security.
Vendor Management & IT Procurement
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and telecommunications partners (e.g., Singtel) for IT infrastructure, internet connectivity, maintenance services, and project implementations.
- Coordinate procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of laptops, IT hardware, software licenses,
IT Projects
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and office expansion or relocation initiatives.
- Coordinate relocation of IT equipment, network infrastructure, server room facilities, internet services, and end-user devices.
Systems Administration & Process Improvement
- Maintain the daily operation of business systems, including email, file sharing, collaboration tools, and authentication platforms.
- Develop, review, and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, user guides, and disaster recovery plans.
- Serve as the administrator for WeCom (Corporate Communication Platforms) & others
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and business departments to understand IT requirements and deliver suitable technology solutions.
