Overview
Plan, coordinate and manage quality operations in a comprehensive manner at the Toyota site, ensuring compliance with customer standards, efficiency in inspection processes, and proper resource management.
Job Description
- Provide necessary support for Quality Supervisors at the Toyota site to ensure timely reporting and quality assurance results.
- Ensure Quality Supervisors have IT support for inspection services, reporting, information control, and client requests.
- Manage requests from W Management at the site regarding quality.
- Manage information and participate in meetings with client representatives at Toyota site.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the client representative.
- Follow client representative instructions precisely.
- Meet KPIs related to quality across WWS departments.
- Analyze deviations and develop action plans.
- Comply with ISO, AAR, and Toyota requirements.
- Promote employee development through training activities to enhance skills and competencies.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Studies, or related field.
- Experience: Automotive industry knowledge, quality specialist, customer-focused, resource management, results-based planning (5 years).
- Language: Intermediate to advanced English.
- Travel Availability: Yes (50%)
