POSITION SUMMARY

New Balance Korea is launching its ecommerce business to deliver a premium digital experience to Korean consumers. The E commerce performance specialist supports the execution of on-site campaigns, traffic analysis, and paid media operations to drive customer engagement and conversion. This role assists in optimizing web and app performance, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring accurate execution across promotional and paid media initiatives. Additionally, the associate collaborates with cross-functional teams and contributes to IT/project support, reporting, and workflow improvements to enhance overall site functionality and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

On-site Campaign Support

  • Support weekly and monthly on-site promotion campaigns based on product and performance data.
  • Assist in coordinating campaign setup, QA, banner updates, and on-site execution aligned with brand and business calendars.
  • Track campaign KPIs and prepare summary reports with key observations to support optimization.

Traffic Management Operations

  • Monitor web/app traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior metrics; share insights with internal teams.
  • Assist in implementing CRO initiatives such as A/B testing, landing page optimization, and SEO improvements.
  • Support app-related operational tasks to enhance user engagement and retention across initiatives.

Paid Media Operations

  • Support execution of paid media campaigns for sales activation such as SEM.
  • Assist in campaign setup, budget tracking, keyword management, and creative asset coordination.
  • Monitor campaign performance (traffic, ROAS, CPC, conversion) and provide performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency.

IT / Project Support

  • Assist in e-commerce platform enhancements, site improvement initiatives, and feature rollout coordination.
  • Collaborate with IT and Customer Service teams to report site issues and follow up on resolutions.
  • Support project documentation, requirement gathering, UAT testing, and timeline tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with UI/UX teams to share traffic insights and support improvements across customer journey touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure customer-facing information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, creative, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign and business goals.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic, campaign performance, paid media results, and e-commerce KPIs.
  • Support competitive analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, playbooks, and workflow updates to improve operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail ecommerce, ecommerce marketing & operation or related fields.
  • Experience and analytical skills with site/app performance analysis, commercial promotion planning and execution.
  • Understanding of digital media and performance marketing. 
  • Familiarity with Google analytics, SFCC, other digital tools or communication channels.
  • Comfortable working in English (mid-level business fluency).
  • Experience in retail ecommerce or consumer marketing field.
