This opportunity may be based out of other Reyes Beverage Group locations. Position Responsibilities: Partner with Suppliers, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Finance to develop an accurate consensus forecast for the enterprise through disciplined Sales and Operations Planning processes for Spirits & Wine. Manage specific goals for inventory days on hand, product availability, forecast accuracy, inventory waste and employee engagement Collaborate with key suppliers to develop strategic demand and inventory plans, along with developing joint supply chain policies to improve productivity across organizations Host Supplier top-to-top meetings to build strong working relationships between teams, align on joint supply chain initiatives, review key performance indicators and develop common supply chain operating goals Provide analysis to executive leadership of key performance metrics, as well as strategies to minimize out of stock products, to improve inventory turns and to reduce waste Engineer supply chain processes and technologies to improve planner productivity and supply chain outcomes Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
