🚨 - We are looking for a Practice Manager with a Veterinary background only! Ideally, someone who holds a  Certificate IV or equivalent.

About the role
As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving the clinic’s success:

• Managing day-to-day operations including stock, rostering, people management & client records
• Leading, mentoring and developing the team while building a positive culture
• Ensuring monthly KPIs are achieved
• Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives
• Delivering outstanding care and service to patients and their owners
• Supporting clinical operations with nursing duties, training and mentoring

Remuneration

We recognise the value that experienced and highly qualified nurses bring to the team. We offer competitive hourly rates, with higher pay available for nurses who hold advanced registration with the Veterinary Practice Board and bring a strong, demonstrated clinical skillset. We’re happy to have open conversations to ensure your pay reflects your experience and contribution.

About you
You’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment:

• Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
• Experience in team leadership (Head Nurse or Practice Manager)
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills
• Solid understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, proactive and a true team player
• Strong organisational skills and business acumen
• Experience with Rx Works (preferred but not essential)
