About the role
This is a senior Brand Manager opportunity within Campari New Zealand, leading a premium spirits portfolio with strong growth potential.
You’ll own the end‑to‑end brand strategy and execution, from shaping long‑term positioning through to delivering high‑impact, integrated campaigns across on‑ and off‑trade. This is a role for someone who can balance brand building with commercial delivery and confidently lead across internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be responsible for

- Drive volume, market share and brand equity growth across the portfolio
- Translate consumer, category and customer insight into clear brand strategy and priorities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns (ATL, digital, PR, activation)
- Manage A&P budget, forecasting and performance tracking
- Partner closely with commercial and customer marketing teams to ensure strong in‑market execution
- Act as the brand champion internally, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity of direction
- Work with global teams to localise brand platforms for the NZ market
- Continuously assess performance and optimise based on data and insight
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager within FMCG or liquor
- Strong track record of owning brand plans and delivering commercial outcomes
- Experience across multi‑channel environments (on‑trade and off‑trade preferred)
- Ability to move confidently between strategy and execution
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders
- High level of ownership, pace and bias for action
Why this role
- Opportunity to work on a globally recognised premium spirits portfolio
- High visibility role within a small, agile team
- Real ownership and impact across brand strategy and in‑market execution
- 12‑month FTC commencing mid‑August 2026, offering strong exposure and scope
