Second Line Sales Leader
You will join a team focused on specialty care in Türkiye. You will engage with healthcare professionals, build trusted relationships, and support scientific exchange that improves patient care. You will work closely with commercial, medical and access colleagues to deliver ethical, evidence-based information. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Contribute and implement marketing strategies within defined regions and create prescriptions in order to achieve sales objectives
- Lead insights gathering from the field to inform local strategies and cross-functional plans.
- Deliver scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics in line with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and clinical teams.- Collaborate across functions to support local access and patient care initiatives.
- Plan and execute key account management and territory activity plans and report on outcomes and insights.
- Map and prioritise stakeholders in the assigned territory and keep records up to date.
- Identify local educational needs and propose relevant scientific or educational activities.
- Use digital tools and channels to complement face-to-face engagement and document activity promptly.
- Provide accurate, balanced and compliant scientific information to healthcare professionals.
-Contribute to the development of the annual sales and field force expense budget to control expenditure.
-Propose and allocate annual sales targets to districts and oversee the achievement of those targets such as doctor visits and initiate corrective actions-tactics, if necessary, to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Implement sales campaigns within the region and review the results to ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns
- Support medical colleagues and request expert input where clinical or patient queries require it.
-Recruit, develop, appraise and motivate field force to ensure high levels of performance to achieve -sales targets.
-Coaching to his/her first line sales managers
-Manage the budget
-Follow all legal, ethical and company standards in every interaction.
- Complete required administrative and compliance tasks on time.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Minimum 3 years experience in FLSL role (people management role in field)
- Professional working proficiency in English , strong communication skills in Turkish;
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and to attend events as needed.
- Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and virtual engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proven account management or key account experience in hospital settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM or reporting tools.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in respiratory or other specialty care areas.
Working Model
This role is field-based with a hybrid working model. You will spend time working on-site with healthcare professionals and some time working remotely. Exact working pattern will be agreed with your manager.
