Duty doctor

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Duty Doctor to join our hospital team. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing medical care to patients in the hospital, responding to medical emergencies, and providing support to other medical staff.

The successful candidate will have a medical degree and be licensed to practice medicine in the state. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Duty Doctor will be responsible for

• Examining and diagnosing patients
• Prescribing medications and treatments
• Responding to medical emergencies
• Providing support to other medical staff
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Participating in continuing education and training programs
• Keeping up to date with medical advances and best practices

Work Experience

• A valid medical license
• A minimum of five years of experience in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to work long hours and be on call
• Knowledge of medical ethics and laws
• Knowledge of computer systems and software programs
