This role is for an engineer who wants to design, build, and run the automated systems that bring precision manufacturing onshore into Europe. You will join a recently hired robotics automation engineer and form the core of a small, senior team with direct ownership over how Arc makes its products. The scope is broad, the equipment is serious, and the standard is uncompromising. **++Responsibilities++** Your core goal is to design and build automated production capability in the Netherlands.

• Design, build, and improve automated manufacturing systems for precision production.
• Develop monitoring and control systems that support process visibility, consistency, and performance.
• Integrate production equipment, tooling, and material flow into robust manufacturing workflows.
• Ensure process robustness, repeatability, uptime, and consistent quality across automated production steps.
• Program and operate precision fabrication equipment, including CNC platforms, and develop the tooling and fixturing required to support them.
• Specify, build, and integrate electrical cabinets, motion systems, and pneumatic infrastructure into production lines.
