Job description

We’re looking for an Operations Support Assistant to help support the day-to-day running of a growing UK-based business in a fully remote role.

This position is hands-on and varied, involving administration, ticket handling, supplier coordination, and general operational support.

You’ll play an important role in keeping requests organised, information accurate, and tasks moving across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Assist with general business administration tasks

Attend meetings and record key outcomes and actions

Support scheduling and calendar management

Prepare business documents and internal correspondence

Maintain organised files and records

Operational Support

Log and manage incoming tickets and support requests

Handle calls, messages, and general business enquiries

Request and follow up on supplier quotes and pricing

Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding updates and queries

Assist with drafting basic proposals and quotations

Support onboarding coordination and setup activities

Systems Support

Track tickets through internal systems and ensure resolution

Assist with CRM updates and data maintenance

Support account setup and user access management

Help ensure systems and records are accurate and current
