Job description

We are looking for an E-commerce Enable Specialist to support and empower our business customers in successfully launching and scaling their online presence. This role focuses on analyzing customers’ products and business models, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering practical e-commerce solutions that drive growth and performance across different global marketplaces.

What We do CloudCommerce is an all-in-one e-commerce solution designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Asia that want to expand their business across borders. Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an Influencer marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing the ecosystem they need in one convenient place.

What You Will Handle

  • Analyze customers’ products, business models, and target markets to identify opportunities
  • Recommend suitable e-commerce strategies, platforms, and go-to-market approaches for each business
  • Provide consultation on online selling, market expansion, and overall business development
  • Support customers in improving product positioning, pricing, and sales performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose relevant digital commerce solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver effective end-to-end e-commerce solutions
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize strategies to ensure customer success

What You Will Handle

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or related roles
  • Direct experience working with an e-commerce enabler is a must
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online selling strategies
  • Experience in consulting, account management, or business development is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
