Job description

We are looking for a motivated Program & Project Management Intern II to join our team for a 3-month paid internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into how real-world international projects are delivered.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, timeline tracking, and status reporting.

  • Maintain key project documents, such as meeting notes, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.

  • Support PM for internal engagements by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, monitoring timesheets, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Faculty, Civil Engineering, Construction–Structures, Installations, Mechanical and Pipelines, Electrical, and Architecture.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn about enterprise software, automation, and technology project delivery.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Previous internship or project experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role is a plus.
