European Female Talent Program 2026

Are you keen to start your career as a consultant? Our 24-month entry-level program offers you the opportunity to get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base.

Become part of our Women @ Roland Berger Community and exchange ideas with other female consultants at networking meetings. Regular training and coaching, combined with the support of a female mentor throughout the program, will foster your personal and professional development.

• Master's degree with excellent academic performance
• International experiences
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting 
• Fluent in Italian and English

For this position, we provide an initial annual total compensation range, including base salary plus an annual bonus up to 30%. The final offer will be determined within this range based on qualifications, experience and skills.
