Job description

  • Consistently provide exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests and clients who call or email.

  • Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms accurately.

  • Book individual and group reservations, enter rooming lists, and update information in the system.

  • Recommend property facilities, assist with guest information, and address special requests.

  • Maximize revenue through up-selling and promoting hotel products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, updates, and administrative documentation.

  • Communicate with the Sales team regarding group bookings and special requests.

  • Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Good command of English; additional languages and reservation system knowledge are a plus
