Job description

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:     

         

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. Supervises Overnight staff in all departments
  • To ensure high levels of performance and to motivate all the Front Office team members, focusing on his/her specific strengths and opportunities
  • Continuously committed to provide excellent service and exceed guests expectations
  • 1-2 years management experience in rooms, including a solid working knowledge of the Front Office Operation
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems, multi-task and to be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
