Associate Principal Engineer, AVEVA System Platform

REQUIREMENTS

• Total experience 9+ years.
• Strong experience in AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA MES, and industrial digitalization solutions within discrete manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on expertise in AVEVA System Platform development, deployment, and administration.
• Experience with AVEVA MES Performance and Operations for OEE monitoring and production tracking.
• Strong knowledge of AVEVA OMI, InTouch, Andon systems, and industrial visualization applications.
• Experience with AVEVA Historian for production data collection and analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience managing manufacturing and production data.
• Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes such as Automotive, Packaging, OEM, and Assembly Lines.
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLC, ERP integrations, and IT/OT environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and deploy AVEVA System Platform and MES solutions for discrete manufacturing environments.
• Develop object models for production assets and support digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Implement OEE monitoring, production tracking, and performance reporting using AVEVA MES.
• Configure visualization, Andon, and historian solutions to improve shop-floor visibility and analytics.
• Integrate MES, PLC, SCADA, and ERP systems for seamless production operations.
• Analyze production performance, downtime, and cycle-time deviations to drive optimization.
• Establish standards for graphics, object templates, and reusable manufacturing models.
• Collaborate with production, automation, and IT teams to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
