Senior-Level: Senior Cyber Security Threat Hunter & Intelligence Lead
Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Cyber Security Threat Hunter & Threat Intelligence Specialist to lead proactive threat detection and intelligence operations. This role drives advanced hunting strategies, transforms intelligence into enterprise-wide defensive capabilities, and provides strategic insights to reduce organizational risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced, intelligence-driven threat hunting across endpoint, network, and cloud environments
- 9+ years of experience in threat hunting, threat intelligence, or incident response
- Deep expertise with EDR/XDR (CrowdStrike preferred), SIEM, and threat intelligence platforms
- Advanced knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence lifecycle, and adversary behavior
- Strong experience with KQL, SQL, or SPL
- Identify sophisticated adversary activity and previously unknown threats
- Oversee ingestion, analysis, and operationalization of threat intelligence (commercial and OSINT)
- Map adversary tactics to MITRE ATT&CK and guide detection strategy
- Design and mature detection engineering capabilities, including alerting and correlation logic
- Produce executive-level intelligence reporting and strategic risk assessments
- Partner cross-functionally (SOC, IR, Engineering) to enhance security posture
- Provide leadership during major incident investigations and threat response
Preferred
- GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent certifications
- Experience with automation, SOAR, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
