Title: Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Coordinator

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Grade: 10 

The Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Coordinator is responsible for the collection and analysis of information and recovery strategies for each unit. The BC/DR Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development of the BC/DR strategy and methodologies for the assessment of business continuity and disaster recovery throughout the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain the Business Continuity Plan document (team procedures for each team, BC/DR plan, BIA&RA for each team, Key contact list, test reports).
• Maintain a printed version (readily available) of the BC&DR Plan.
• Update the BC&DR Plan whenever changes to contact lists, CMT members, etc. require.
• Provides Local co-ordination and Support for the Crisis Management Team.
• Assumes CMT Deputy the responsibilities for localized major incidents (See CMT Deputy Responsibilities). 
• Supporting business when IT is doing maintenance during the weekends (that mean to be on the bridge call with IT during the maintenance).
• Provide MTS dongles to teams along with EMEA Team
• Preparing all documentation for external and internal audit.
• Collecting test reports and invoke tests for each team.
• BCC with Global BCMS team monthly updates (status of site, lessons learned, potential risks).
• CMT monthly updates (changes in processes, testing results, outcomes from the outages).
• BCC with ITS monthly updates (status of IT structure, maintenance plan).
• BCC with FM team monthly updates (status of Facility infrastructure, maintenance plan, equipment status).

Preferred qualifications:

• University degree preferred
• Fluent in English language
• Strong communication skills required
• Strong analytical skills
• Extensive Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills high level attention to detail
