Job Description
Reporting to the Director, you'll support a team of designers to create engaging and high-quality content for global brands.
You'll assist with various touchpoints, including static graphics, motion graphics, and digital content, particularly for social media platforms. This role will allow you to grow your design and leadership skills while helping ensure that content is adapted for different markets and meets the highest standards. You'll also support the team by leveraging AI tools like Pencil Pro to improve efficiency and assist with production workflows. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in design management, working across multiple creative projects while staying up to date with design trends and industry best practices.
Your primary responsibilities will include
● Support and collaborate with the design team, providing assistance with creative tasks and ensuring the team stays on track.
● Attend project reviews to gain insight into the creative process, ensuring the work meets client expectations.
● Assist weekly design team meetings to keep the team aligned and ensure any challenges are addressed.
● Assist with the adaptation and localization of content, ensuring that designs meet the specific requirements of each market.
● Work with design software, including Figma as well as the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), to create assets as needed.
● Support the team by helping to utilize AI tools like Pencil Pro to streamline design production and improve workflow efficiency.
● Collaborate with project managers and the creative team to ensure that design briefs are clearly understood and executed.
● Assist in creating both static and motion design assets while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
● Contribute to design ideas and help the team create engaging visuals for social media, digital, and other channels.
● Assist in organizing design assets and ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
● Learn and adapt to design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
● Ensure presentation decks are well structured, cohesive and show off the work in a clear logical way for client review.
● Ensure work is organised, versioned and saved following internal processes and naming conventions relevant to the client account.
● Provide feedback and revisions on designs as needed, learning from team members and clients to improve your skills.
● Support the team in managing projects, assisting with timelines and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in design, within an agency or creative environment.
● Familiarity with key design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
● For Motion Designers: Experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender).
● Experience working with beauty brands is a nice to have
● Ability to understand design principles, layout, and typography
- Familiarity with AI tools like Pencil Pro to assist with design production and efficiency is a plus.
● Knowledge of social media design best practices and how to create assets optimized for different platforms.
● Creative ability to contribute ideas and solutions during design brainstorming sessions.
● The will to learn and grow, staying informed on the latest design trends and technologies.
● Comfortable collaborating with teammates, project managers, and clients.
● Organized and efficient.
