Job description
Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.
Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
We are an international, fast-paced team spread across multiple markets, bound together by a shared passion for creative and impactful storytelling. From traditional media relations to LinkedIn strategy, thought leadership, podcasts, and major events, we handle it all.
Collaboration is our superpower. We work closely with teams across the entire company to ensure our messaging resonates perfectly both internally and externally. We highly value creativity, curiosity, and hands-on initiative, and we are always open to fresh ideas and new perspectives. If you're ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact, you’ll fit right in.
Your Responsibilities
As our Intern Comms & PR, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will be a core part of our daily operations and creative output. Your main tasks will include:
- Content Creation & Social Media: Draft engaging written content and video assets, manage our LinkedIn editorial calendar, and help drive our corporate ambassador strategy.
- Media Monitoring & Reporting: Own the collection of media coverage, maintain accurate records, and compile our comprehensive quarterly coverage reports.
- Event & Logistics Support: Assist with the planning and execution of press events and conferences.
- Media Outreach & Research: Research and manage media distribution lists, format press materials, and coordinate test mailings.
- Thought Leadership: Create and update high-profile documents, such as speaker profiles used to introduce our executives.
- Digital Asset Management: Keep our corporate website fresh, up-to-date, and aligned with current campaigns.
- Quality Assurance: Present data and insights via polished presentations and reports, always applying the "four-eye principle" to ensure flawless, accurate delivery.
Your Profile
- Education: You are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Languages: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in both English and German (essential for vendor coordination and local logistics).
- PR Savvy: You have a solid foundational understanding of the media landscape and how journalists operate.
- Content Flair: You have a genuine passion for writing, storytelling, and crafting appealing content across different formats (text, video, presentations).
- Work Style: You are highly organized, analytical, and structured. You bring a proactive "roll up your sleeves" attitude to a fast-moving environment.
- Tech Stack (Pluses): Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, or Miro is a plus. Familiarity with ContentStack (or similar CMS platforms) is a distinct advantage.
