Job description

Accountabilities You will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for value-added automotive services across assigned territories, focusing on dealership engagement, channel development, and revenue performance. Your work will directly contribute to increasing adoption of services and strengthening long-term business partnerships.

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new OEM dealership accounts to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and key decision-makers
  • Manage distributor and channel partner networks to ensure effective market coverage and execution
  • Drive secondary sales by promoting adoption of value-added automotive services across dealerships
  • Achieve primary sales targets and deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with business objectives
  • Execute territory development plans to maximize market penetration and business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and product rollouts

Requirements

This role requires strong B2B sales experience within automotive aftermarket or related industrial sectors, along with proven expertise in managing dealerships, distributors, and large territories. You should be highly relationship-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive aftermarket, OEM, lubricants, paints, adhesives, or related industries
  • Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and channel/distributor management
  • Proven experience working with dealership ecosystems and automotive service networks
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive both primary and secondary sales performance consistently
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities
  • Self-driven professional capable of managing large territories with minimal supervision
  • Excellent execution focus with strong business development orientation
