LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

INDIA HYBRID: NOIDA/HYDERABAD/BANGALORE/GURGAON

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

What you bring

• Deep hands-on experience configuring AI agents/assistants to perform complex multi-step tasks - any platform (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, custom agents, etc.)
• Clear mental model of agent architecture: when to use persistent instructions vs. on-demand context vs. tool integrations vs. multi-agent patterns
• Ability to evaluate what's a real standard vs. what's vendor lock-in - you build for portability
• Bias toward shipping. You get things working, then refine.
• Comfortable teaching and enabling other engineers who are newer to AI tooling
• Enough software engineering foundation to understand the systems you're automating against (you don't need to be a Java expert, but you need to read code and understand test coverage)

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation frameworks (REST Assured, Karate, Selenium, etc.)
• Java/Spring Boot familiarity
• Experience scaling practices or tooling across multiple teams
• What success looks like (first 90 days):
• Agent-driven test generation producing real, mergeable tests for at least 2 services
• Documented patterns (steering, skills, context strategies) that other teams can adopt without hand-holding
• Clear data on coverage gains vs. credit spend
• A backlog of "what's next" opportunities beyond testing
