Environmental Compliance Documentation Intern

The Environmental Compliance Documentation Intern will support Coherent’s global environmental compliance program by reviewing, cataloguing, and improving the accuracy of historical compliance documentation stored in the company’s system of record. The intern will identify outdated, superseded, or inconsistent attribute markings; flag documentation gaps that may create exposure during audits or customer inquiries; and support the clean up and standardization of compliance records to ensure alignment with current regulatory expectations.

This role strengthens Coherent’s due diligence posture and ensures that environmental compliance documentation remains accurate, current, and defensible. The intern will also research opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and recommend improvements to enhance long term efficiency.
