As a Revenue Growth & Operations Supervisor at RSM, you will serve as a Life Sciences Technical Consultant within our Revenue Contract Management (RCM) Managed Services practice. You will combine deep industry knowledge with hands-on development and analytics skills to build the tools, automations, and data assets that enable our delivery teams and clients.
RSM's RCM group helps Life Sciences manufacturers commercialize products, optimize Gross-to-Net, and reach target patient populations. This role accelerates technical capability and innovation across a rapidly expanding Managed Services portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Design and operate solutions that support Managed Services delivery across GTN, Government Pricing, Chargebacks & PBR, Managed Care, Medicaid, and State Price Transparency.
- Work with custom applications, automations, and accelerators using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to streamline Managed Services workflows.
- Build analytics, reporting, and data visualization assets (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) that turn Life Sciences operational data into actionable insight for delivery teams and clients.
- Translate Life Sciences business and operational requirements into technical designs, data models, and reusable assets that scale across the portfolio.
- Partner with delivery leads and account teams to enable client engagements through technical consulting, solution demos, and rapid prototyping.
- Contribute to solutioning, technical scoping, and proposal development for new Managed Services pursuits.
- Share knowledge and uplift technical capability across Associates, Senior Associates, and offshore development resources.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a technical consulting, development, or analytics role, including work in or for the Life Sciences industry
- Working knowledge of Life Sciences Managed Services operations in two or more: GTN, Government Pricing, Chargebacks & PBR, Managed Care, Medicaid, State Price Transparency
- Hands-on development experience with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools
- Proven ability to deliver technical solutions end-to-end on scope and quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Ability to travel > 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic API, or other agentic AI development platforms
- Knowledge of U.S. federal and state pricing regulations (Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B, VA/DoD, Medicare Part B/D)
- Experience with Life Sciences source systems (Model N, Revitas/Flex, IQVIA, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience collaborating with offshore or hybrid development and delivery teams
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern analytics tooling (Snowflake, Databricks)

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
