With end-to-end ownership spanning solution design, delivery, quality, and continuous improvement, you will combine technical expertise, business understanding, and strong collaboration to create scalable solutions that deliver meaningful impact and adapt to changing business priorities.
Working across product, business, and technical teams, you will help shape solutions, influence delivery decisions, and bring a consultative approach to problem-solving. By asking thoughtful questions, constructively challenging assumptions, and balancing business, technical, and operational considerations, you will help deliver effective, sustainable outcomes.

- Develop indicators, metrics, calculations, and analytical logic in accordance with established business rules, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical applications that deliver intuitive, decision-ready insights and effective user experiences.
- Create and maintain solution documentation including requirements, technical design, data definitions, testing artifacts, and end-user guidance materials.
- Develop test cases and test plans, and perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities to validate analytics solutions and ensure expected outcomes.
- Execute quality assurance procedures for BI products, proactively identifying and resolving defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
Environment Administration
- Support the effective administration and operation of business intelligence tools and platforms, including user access management, license administration, environment support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical partners to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant delivery.
Service Delivery
- Actively contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Roche P&C initiatives, processes, and ways of working.
- Serve as a technical advisor on business intelligence matters, providing guidance on BI tools, data, analytics solutions, development practices, and technical approaches.
- Consult with business stakeholders on analytics and reporting needs, advising on available analytics solutions and capabilities, and support informed decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, business partners, technical teams, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, project delivery, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership in the resolution of issues and delivery of solutions, ensuring appropriate documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to established standards and good practices.
Specific Responsibilities & Scope
- Demonstrate high integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work, operating in accordance with Roche values, policies, guidelines, and expected ways of working.
- Adhere to applicable data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, ensuring the responsible and appropriate handling of data and analytics solutions.
- Contribute to capability building by sharing business intelligence knowledge, supporting the upskilling of team members and stakeholders, and promoting effective practices across the organization.
