Intern, WB Process Engineering

Kulicke and Soffa Industries (K&S) is seeking Spring-Summer 2025 interns in process engineering at Santa Ana Office. We are a leading provider of semiconductor and electronic assembly solutions serving the global automotive, consumer, communications, computing, and industrial markets. K&S Santa Ana office provides major research and development (R&D) resources for new product development of K&S Wedge Bonder equipment and offers customer application assistance. As a process engineering intern, you will work closely with senior process, systems engineers, and other functions on a variety of projects focusing on product viability, systems and process feasibility, and customer field issues. You will receive hands-on training on a variety of tools to support on-going projects and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Here at K&S, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and develop necessary skills as an engineer while gaining insight into the power semiconductor.
