Senior Business Analyst (Power BI & Financial Systems) (m/f)

Join a major digital transformation initiative within a European institutional environment. ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business process evolution, system modernization, and IT transformation projects in a complex financial ecosystem.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape future processes, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of new solutions.

THE WORK:

• Analyze and document current business processes and system functionalities ("As-Is").
• Design and document future processes and target operating models ("To-Be").
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for new IT developments and system enhancements.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, business cases, user stories, process models, and test cases.
• Support migration and integration projects involving financial applications and business processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage change requests and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop user documentation and support business users throughout project lifecycles.
• Support reporting and analysis activities, including the use of Power BI where required.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale IT projects, ideally within banking, financial services, or complex institutional environments.
• Experience supporting system migration, modernization, or integration projects.
• Strong background in business process analysis, process redesign, and requirements engineering.
• Experience with software testing, test case preparation, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user manuals, and functional specifications.
• Exposure to process automation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering and modelling techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• French is considered an asset.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in advisory or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, or investment-related systems.
• Experience working within European institutions or large international organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
