We are looking for a highly motivated, people-first M Lounge Concierge to join our Food and Beverage team at the Marriott Colorado Springs. This is not a role for someone who is just looking to answer questions and point people in the right direction. This is a role for someone who wants to be the reason a guest’s stay goes from good to genuinely unforgettable.
About the Role
As the M Lounge Concierge, you are the heart of the club lounge experience. You are the first face many of our most valued guests see when they arrive, and the person they come to when they need something handled, whether that is a dinner reservation across town, transportation to the airport, insider knowledge about the best local attractions, or simply someone who makes them feel like a priority.
You will also play an important role in the food and beverage side of the lounge, ensuring that everything presented to guests meets our quality and presentation standards, that the space is always clean, well-organized, and inviting, and that every detail reflects the level of care our guests expect from a world-class property.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and welcoming every guest who enters the M Lounge with a warm, sincere, and professional demeanor that immediately makes them feel at home
Serving as the primary resource for guests on everything related to their stay, including hotel services, local dining and entertainment recommendations, sightseeing opportunities, and tour arrangements
Coordinating transportation needs for guests including car services, rideshares, and other arrangements
Staying fully informed of all daily functions, VIP arrivals, special events, and anything else taking place at or related to the hotel
Ensuring the food and beverage offerings in the club lounge are consistently high quality, beautifully presented, and maintained according to brand and company standards throughout the day
Coordinating and supporting special events and special projects as assigned by management
Assisting guests with any concerns or issues related to hotel services, taking ownership of the situation and following through until the guest is satisfied
Maintaining full working knowledge of the front desk computer system and all relevant operational tools
Using proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other team members and departments
Complying at all times with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards, policies, and regulations
Being familiar with all emergency procedures and assisting as required in any emergency situation
Maintaining the highest standards of personal appearance and grooming in accordance with brand standards
What We’re Looking For
A genuinely engaging personality and a real passion for creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build authentic connections with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Solid knowledge of the Colorado Springs area including local attractions, restaurants, entertainment options, and points of interest
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills both in person and over the phone
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the standards of the Marriott brand
Flexibility to work varying shifts based on the needs of the hotel, including weekends and holidays
A self-motivated work ethic; you do not wait to be told what needs to happen, you see it and you take care of it
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, front desk, or similarly guest-facing hospitality role is strongly preferred
Knowledge of the Colorado Springs area and genuine enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge with guests
Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn hotel property management and front desk systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating transportation, reservations, or guest services logistics is a plus
Ability to stand and remain active on your feet throughout the shift
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the schedule
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality coursework is a plus
Knowledge of food and beverage standards and presentation is a plus given the club lounge component of this role
